Our Story
Random and as old-fashioned as it sounds, Phil and Carol met at a bar.
Since neither are bar patrons, many extraneous factors had to come into play to get them to the same bar at the same time and sit on adjacent bar stools, much less strike up a conversation! As luck, or some would say fate, would have it, that happened.
They’ve been inseparable since.

SEMI-FORMAL
Wedding: Semi-formal — Be comfortable with a flair. We’re aiming for polished but relaxed looks that suit an outdoor celebration in Stevenson, WA on June 26, 2026. For men: dress slacks or chinos with a button‑up shirt; a blazer or sport coat is optional. For women: long dresses, cocktail dresses, dressy skirts, or a nice pant set. Dress shoes, wedges, or even flip flops are best for the venue — leave high, thin stilettos at home because you’ll be on grass. Layers are recommended; mornings and evenings by the river can be cool, while afternoons may be warm.
